Air Bag Light Flashing

hi guys

just a general question when i went to have my alarm fitted the guy fitting the alarm touvhed the air bag light wire accidently and now it always flashes while im driving as soon as i turn on the car it flashes. does anyone know how to turn this off.

take it back to him and tell him he stuffed it up he should fix it if not lodge a complaint with the department of consumer protection

as for fixing it yourself , i cant tell you anything as you might stuff up both of them, im no auto elextrician and from the sounds of it neither is the guy who put in ur alarm

check to see if he cut any of the wires. if not maybe unplug the batt...and reset the ecu...might help..if not send it back to him.

I have posted a thread about this a while ago telling you how to reset the airbag computer. That fixes the flashing light ..

Just do a search for posts made by me.

Im not sure how long ago i posted it or what i called the thread ..

Take it to a Nissan dealer & they will hook up Consult & clear the fault, takes a couple of minutes, the dealer here didn't charge me anything.

But if he reads the thread i posed he can fix quickly, it only takes about 10 seconds to do it ..
