Slimline Plates On S2

hi just wondering ifone1 has come up with any tricks to fitting plates to a series 2 front bar???

i had usa style plates they are 300x150mm but these new plates i have are 372x100mm so they wont fit between the space.

any suggestions apart from the obv like cutting or bending cheers

mate i reckon drill through the middle of the plates and mount them slightly higher than standard. That way you can't see the big ugly cutout in the front bar.

thats a good idea mate did u have 2 use spaces and longer screws??? my plates r slimline some might work out good

I drilled two new holes in the bottom of the plate and they got covered by the black surround on the plastic plate cover, got it out of the way of the intercooler area and looks neater...

nah mate same holes, same screws... took 5 minutes
