and what would the performance chip actually do, performance wise

Foe example changed muffler , air pod, bigger fuel pump, turbo , injector, boost up etc.

And of cause it includes remove speed limit, riv limit, boost limit.

This chip is 20-40hp (changed muffler , air pod, normal boost boost-boost 1bar) more than stock ECU.

You could bring it back if you wasnt happy.

Wouldnt you get better a result if it was tuned on dyno to your own vechile ....
