Hi,

A group of us are buying a fmic for friend's birthday.

Here is the link:

http://www.plazmaman.com/shop/index.php?ac...m&itemId=30

It is a surprise, so I can't get access to his car to suss what will need to be changed with front bar without him knowing! The car is a series 2 R33 gtst - one with the circular indicator and fog lights mounted lower in the front bar. I have noticed in some research on web that the fog lights may need to be taken out of front bar? It is quite a big cooler and it is swept back as you can see in the link... Can someone please just give me an idea of how much will need to be changed to fit it as I don't have a 33 myself.

Thanks heaps :thumbsup::)

Front bar: A lot of cutting in the middle section to make adequate clearance for the core and some cutting of the area underneath the foglights/indicators to make clearance for the pipework.

Front bumper support assembly: You'll need to cut a small metal section of each side, once again to fit the core.

Hole in engine bay: On the left hand side of the engine bay a circular hole will need to be cut underneath the windscreen washer bottle to allow the pipework to go through the engine bay.

Other little things like maybe needing to trim back the clutch fan blades slightly might be required (not sure about the Plazmaman one)

They're the main things i can think of. The plazmaman coolers have the pipework coming out the centre of the core, instead of the bottom like traditional intercoolers so not sure how you will go with the foglights/indicators, but you should be able to keep them.

Hope that helps slightly.
