Attesa Problem R32 Gtr

hey guys i have an issue with my 4wd system and i want to get it working. Since i got the car its been in 2wd mode. I did some reading up and i noticed the tank in the back was empty so i topped it up, the 4wd would work in the air/ on a hoist, but when you drop it the ground it didn't work. I bleed the system from the little nipple under the car and disconnected the bleed connector in the right hand side as well when i did this.

After doing this the 4wd still didnt work and it lights up 4wd and ABS. I found when i took off the bleed connector you could hear the pump whine, and the front torque display 10, when i drove it would drop to 0 and when i gave it a hit, it would increase but not reach 10. When i come to a complete stop it would go to 10 again and you could hear the 4wd pump once again.

When i connect the bleed connector, i am back to square one. So if anyone knows who could help me out, or anyway of helping me that would be great. Thanks.

A couple of points.

When you bled the system did you bridge the pump using the circuit in the kick panel on the drivers side footwell or just try & let gravity get the air out?

Is there an error showing on the ATTESSA computer?

hey mate, where is the attessa computer located ?

what i did was disconnected the bleed connector, then had a person open the nozzle when i turned on ignition then i would turn it off, then turn it on.

The computer is under the parcel shelf on the passengers side. Is the red light lighting up on the dash?

i got no red light, just a yellow 4wd light, and this turns off when i disconnect the bleed connector and turn on the car, then it comes back when i drive it for a few seconds

Well when it lights up park the car up & without turning it off check the LED on the ATTESSA computer & count carefully how many flashes it gives you. Should be anything up to about 25. After looking up the workshop manual you will know what is wrong with it.

Don't leave the white plug disconnected for any length of time or you'll fry the attessa pump. Check the flashing red LED on the attessa computer under the rear parcel shelf as suggested and if you don't have a w/shop manual post up the code it's flashing. It's normal for the front wheels to turn when the car's in the air without the attessa being actuated.

Check/replace the 10A fuse for the 4WD in the cabin fusebox
