Need Some Advice...

Hey all. Long time lurker, occasional poster. Just after some advice on writing something for a pickle I got myself into. I recently had an incident with someone that required me to pay "compensation" to them, I was just wondering if anyone had pointers on writing a document of something along the lines of me giving them money so the matter doesn't have to go any further, and if it does end up going further, I can produce it and say 'no fair.'

what you pretty much have to do is write up a typed document that states that you are giving the said person money for there compensation and that this is the end of the matter ... the main thing for you to do is make sure you get the said person to sign the document and agree th the payable amount and also have a witness present to sign it as proof .. someone like a doctor,cop,teacher,justice of peace. if they then try and take you to court they be breaking the signed contract and it will just get throwen out of court... haha what did you do
