Im thinking about takng out all the crap in my boot, spraying it and putting up a Strut bar.

SO i would like to see pictures of everyones boot setup, wether its like Above ^ or just funny because its filthy haha

if your talking about taking all the trim out and just leaving the metal then dont

i used to have no boot trim and it just looks ugly.. plus you hear all the rocks that hit the underside as your drive

Agreed. It's not a race car, so the extra noise will piss you off. However, a strut brace will fit behind the battery cover panel thingy, I've seen SN1P3Rs a few times. It works and it's hidden, although im sure her boot is messier then yours

I have a strut brace in mine, very basic

I left all the trim in cause there is to much road noise without it.

Yea im wondering if i should remove the Trim and spray it all, i think it would look good, but just dont know how loud it would be, cant be that loud because the Trim is like only a 4mm thick just a plastic/carpety thing.

I will post a pic of what mine looks like lata.

Nah, it'll look to empty. They put the carpet there for a good reason!!

And you'll be surprised how much difference thin material makes. Ever driven a car without door trims, centre console, of dash? Thats a unique experience...

i have factory strut aswell like "33 skyline" i also did have the bottom trim out and no space saver in for ages didnt notice a noise increase.

i have my boot all stripped out, including the space saver and i hear no extra noise what so ever

although thats because i have a noisy exhaust, loud fuel pump and have to deal with constant induction/flutter/BOV noises lol

I loaded my boot + boot lid with dynamat.

I recently put the factory boot trims back in, looks so much better with them in.

i have no boooot, or sound deadner, its very noisy,

but then again i have no interior at all,

its very noisy driving it too and from the track, always get chronic headache

yeah really depends on how loud your exhaust is.. nothing in my boot but exhaust is bloody loud so that's about all I hear, no difference from when all the lining was in there.
