Just confirmed standard size vacuum hose works fine, no reducer necessary, i've just swapped mine out with a new silicone hose.

The cheapest price for good quality vacc hose has to be from Otomoto (http://otomoto.com.au/kkr/piping/)

$3.90 a metre for 4mm

$4.90 a metre for 6mm

Only comes in black though - which was not a problem for me since it was the colour code of my engine bay

hi all again,

another question. i might be getting paranoid now but is it obvious if u've lost boost? When the gauge dies, and i put my foot down, i can still hear the turbo but a part of me feels like im losing some pick up. It honestly could be in my head. But if there was a problem with the turbo would it be noticeable?
