Brake Mechanic

Please help me, need a good brake mechanic brisbane- gold coast, i will drive to them, the squeak is driving me insane and loud music cant even turn it off, its gettin that serious its like im driving a piece of shit around town or sumthing! ne help greatly appreciated. The problem is the brakes squeak when im driving, not when they are applied. Its sumthing in the caliper setup i just cant pin point it

dude i know trevor, he cant help me :S the mechanic he uses cant help me he checked the brakes man said it could be nething, the R31 is gonna be a twin turbo :S i need a specialist sort of thing. i can try gavin woods i guess, but yeah i need like a specialist

There are a number of brake/clutch specialists. Try looking in the yellow pages.

where did u get ur brake conversion done slip ? i will look in the yellow pages but its nice to know places that ppl might reccommend thats all

take out your pads and make sure your not down to metal to metal.. thats always a good reason for noisy brakes

i check them on a regular basis, they are fine, i begin to wonder could it be the metallic content ? neways im going to get sum EBC pads (kevlar) and see if its still squeaky. Thanks neways

don't get kevlar, they're no good for the streets , u find that you will get alot of nose to tail near misses as they warm up.

Just take it to a few brake shops and see what they say. You might have to leave it with them so they can diagnose it correctly.
