R32 Gtr Exhaust In A Stagea

as the title says. ive purchaced a 32 gtr cat back (non standard) i want to know how much modding will have to be done to make it fit in my s2 stagea. has any one done this b4? ive been quited for 3' mild steel pipe work and a 'gonzo' resinator (makes a twister effect apparently) as opposted to a 'hotdog'???....if i supply the muffler they will fit it for 360$... just wanting to know can they use much of the 32 pipe work/resinator to bring down the price a little i guess cheers

basically all of it. There are 2 sections (in front of and behind the rear diff) that will need a little extra welded in to make for the longer wheelbase, but other than that, not a great deal has to be done to make it fit. Chuckie here in WA already has one fitted, so hopefully he may be able to shed some more precise details.

I think SK did the same to his, and it was all in detail somewhere...

Mine is a HKS exhaust for (r32/33?), and was modded to fit: doesn't look like they had to do a lot to get it sitting nice. If I get a chance, I'll get under the car tomorrow and take some pics to show where it needed to be altered...

Hey adam, where are you getting it done? everlast mufflers charged me $150 to get the r33 cat back modified and fitted. I had the cat replaced at the same time. took about 3 hrs.
