how much boost do these handle, how hard to fit to an rb20

About 17-18psi and make about 215rwkw on a RB20 safely, you can run a bit more boost but they really don’t make much more power and any good mechanic can fit it easily they bolt on to the manifold and dump pipe and only a couple of miner things need changing, if you do a search on here there would be detailed thread on here on what needs changing to fit to a rb20 it’s been done hundreds of times.
