Howling Noise From Highflow Turbo

hey guys went for a drive then morning and noticed on full boost i get a "howling" noise. kinda like a mild SC noise coming for the turbo. its a highflow turbo running 16psi.

ummm any ideas what it could be? car isn't blowing any smoke or anything under full boost everything seems normal apart from the noise. power still comes on nice and hard as it always has.

Is it like a high pitch whistle or a howl?

If it's more whistle like, it'll be a gasket blown.

If it's howling, bearings shot, etc...

i had a howling problem once in my gtst.

was the plenum gasket.

do a boost leak test

Hey, i sometimes get a howling noise from my turbo area. Only when/if its cold. Eg i start up in the morning and start driving straightaway( i know thats stupid but it shouldnt howl at all)

I still dont know what it is.. weird, but it still drives fine.
