~Need skyline help ~

there was a thread about this a while ago, but need an answer..... I was going to put a Red neon behind the skyline lettering at the back of the car ( between the tail lights) but I am having trouble seperating the front from the back of the of this unit. has anyone done it and how?

I'm not sure how to do it myself. I know it was a factory option, and I think there was a aftermarket supplier too.

u cant separtate the two they are sealed completely all the way around from the inside. only way to do it is to hack out the black plastic which is quite soft....u can cut it with a stanley knife....this is for the 33 by the way.
