what about the harness that goes from starter to alternator to main fuse box? need to change it? .....................also front diff? ratios? .............. the wrecker said 'there will be no problems' but what if he is just sayin that to sell the engine to me?

A mate of mine did this swap. I think he swapped diffs. Also, the Crank angle sensor has different pin configuration to the R32 one. You just need to swap a couple of pins in the loom plug. If you can find the pinout for the R32 and compare it with R34, it should make sense. I swapped them pins for my mate. It took about 10 mins :) I can't remember which ones to swap. It was a few years back.

there are a few differences. top coolant outlet is different. PS different. diff MUST be changed to a 32 ratio. cas is different. i'm sure there are a few other little things I can't remember off the top of my head. but none are impossible. it's basically bolt in. and $6500 is a pretty fair price for a complete 34 motor with harness, ecu, injectors, afms, turbo etc.

have a 34 gtr engine going into my 32, regarding the different igniters between the model, if I use r32 loom, I assume I will need to use my 32 igniter and coilpacks will be 32 not 34?

Looking at getting some splitfire and need to know which model to order?
