Does anybody know what this code means for the offset?

My mechanic has gone on holiday as off 2 days ago for 2 weeks. I am unable to organise anything till he is back.

I have one person who is interested in the complete engine (head and bottom). Once mechanic has re-opened shop it will be clear what parts are remaining (assuming engine is sold).

Gearbox, clutch, wheels and Kakimoto twin pipe exhaust still available.

I'm assuming that code on the BBS means 18x9 + 20 offset.
