Does any one have this cooler and if so does it fit directly behind the stock series 2 front bar without hacking?

yeah start chopping lol

nah dont chop just get and electrical sander or soemthing similar (read: do not use hacksaw, it will make a mess)

also i had to move my horn

other than that its a straight fit if u have the brackets

yeah i think i have brackets well i asume they come with the kit

will a small grinder with a cutting disk be ok, or will this do a similar job as the hacksaw?

and also were did you move your horn to?

just above the cooler...there should be some space thier...after cuttin the bar give it a nice sand on the edges where it was cut..give it abit of a polish and it will look smick..

just dont use a hacksaw like i did

use a sander/grinder/cutting disk or even a jigsaw

these items are easier to control than a hacksaw

yeh i know hacksaws are impossible to cut straight with

jigsaw couldnt that be a little rough on the paint? maybe causing paint chips
