you can actually remove that clicking noise, look up from the passenger floor behind the dash towards the heater core, (its covered in plastic) you will notice a few plugs just unplug one turn ur ignition on if the clicking is still there plug it bback in and unplug another one there is about 2 from memory and it does not effect your heating or cooling...., there hopefull solver clicking amongst 10-15 r33's

Hmmm.. I might have to have a go at that. Mine's been doing it since shortly after I got it... pretty annoying but I'm not too keen on ripping the entire dash apart. Disconnecting whatever it is shouldn't make any difference anyway, as it's obviously not working as it is currently!
