It works quite well apparently. Yet to try it on my R33 though, next on the list.. My lights aint heaps bad though just a about half the RHS light.

I found the best for my headlights has been to use one of these kits first off, and get the lights very clear. Then once every few months they will get a bit dull again, just go over them with some cut and polish and bam good as new.

I just applied some cut&polish to my very smokey yellow headlights yesterday. Made sure I rubbed it in nicely, then moved over to the other headlight, waited 5-10 minutes for it to dry up in the sun and removed it. Lights came out glimmering!

Will post pics!

I still stand by the PlasticX or whatever its called. Had another crack at mine on saturday, but did it with an electric buff instead. Saved me lots of time and energy and turned out pretty decent.

My lights arent in tip top shape, they have a bit of crazy cracking going on. hard to tell if its the inside or out. But once they have been polished up you dont notice it too much.

Hoping its obvious that the drivers side is done and not the passengers :P And try to ignore the passengers indicator. LOL. It fell out under brakes and i run the bugger over. Was all that was left of it! Dam LED Repco light replacement.

I use Brasso and a few rags and that seems to bring them up like new again. What i do is wash them and wait for them to dry then apply the Brasso and leave for a few minutes then with a clean rag give them a firm wipe off!

I use plastx myself and I think there are a number of solutions that will get rid of the yellow. However, I am more interested in a good sealant to make it last.

So far a coat of clear has yielded the best results and lasted a good few months - is there a longer term solution?

This.

The Turtle Wax Kit I used above, looked the goods for a while, but I'm back to yellow.

The UV sealant provided in the kit is obviously of teh gaids.

My problem is its from the inside were all the damge is not on the outside,i used plastx there already clean headlights they are xenon S3 although it looks like the problem might be from the inside of the headlights unfortunately..
