I modded a PS2 few years ago, I bought the chip from here:

If you get it modded, make sure u can disable/enable it as im not sure about Nintendo, but microsoft scans ur Xbox for mods and will ban you off xbox live if it detects a mod chip.

not sure how keen you are on this idea, but at the computer fair before xmas there was a company there that were modding everything for $90.. they want you to drop it to them and then they will mail it out to you on the monday..

as i said, not sure how keen you'd be but it is an option for you...

www.ozmodchips.com is best for wii modchipping by far, just pay for chip and they send it to your nearest installer, Installer is based in Gordon, you just cruise over and he installs it :-) I bought mine pre-modded from www.acegamestore.com.au though, those guys are the mad note for xbox 360 mods btw. Hope that helps
