Oil Filter Relocation

Santa gave me an oilfilter relocation kit. Where do I fix it? There is not that much free space .Has anyone done this? Apic would be most helpful.

Hey Hugh, our cars are becoming a closer and closer match every day, lol.

I've got the GReddy one, and it attaches on the driver's side strut tower, behind the battery, where your fuel filter bracket is (which you will need to trim a little bit if it is like mine).

I don't have a picture at the moment, but will try and get one for you later and post it up...

I put mine right in front of the front diff, next to the oil drain. Makes oil changes a breeze and doesn't clutter up the engine bay. I just made up a bracket to attach to the drivers side engine mount. Mine is also a Greddy, but it came with the Greddy oil cooler. You can barely see the bottom of the filter in this pic. It's white.

much better spot for it IMO, nice job. Please PM me or post more photos when you have the chance(days/months haha). Might try and replicate that setup.

I had to search for this pic, I'll try and snap a shot next oil change... should be soon as I'm almost finished with break-in and will swap to synthetic once that's complete.

I have the cooler and filter relocation kit. I found these two 10mm threads already in the chassis rail and made up a bracket to fit.
