depends on what sort of intercooler you have, but supercheap auto or repco sells some intercooler piping. If it doesnt suit you may have to get a custom pipe fabricated. Kermit, a member on these forums should be able to help you out.

i highly doubt you'd get a big dent and a hole from the pipe 'touching' the bonnet while going over a bump.

you can cut it and use a silicon joiner, or get an alloy welder to fix it up.

Have a look on eBay for any of the sellers that sell these kits if you contact them they'll be able to send you out just the top pipe. You should be able to replace it yourself in about 15 minutes. When I bought one of these kits I put the boost nipple on at slightly the wrong angle so I contacted the eBay seller I bought it off and got him to send out a replacement pipe. It cost me ~$100 which is a rip-off, but I needed it.

I still have my spare one here that has the boost nipple on in a slightly awkward position. If you wanted it; you could plug up the old boost nipple and then just put a new one in; pretty simple process that will elt you have a working car again until you source a new pipe.
