Hey guys,

I'm installing the profec B but i need to confirm whether the piping from the "NO" port actually goes into the intercooler piping

at the moment its running to some sort of breather pipe for the POD.

I've also got a Greddy Spec M Intercooler so the piping is not all standard.

me and my mates think that we need to run the pipe from the "NO" port to the intercooler piping but we cant find a nipple on the pipe to hook it up too..

Do i need to go to a tuner shop and get a pipe welded on??

here is a pik of how it is currently set up

yeh originally i did have mine tee'd with the fuel pressure regulator but the car would not run more than standard boost no matter what i did with the settings on the controller...

the fuel pressure regulator was also tee'd to run the pipe into the back of the boost controller...

seems like its hooked up properly but i still cant figure out why its running the standard settings :S

i was just reading some of the old threads and came accross something that i might try

am i suppose to remove the plastic bung from the NC outlet on the solenoid...

mine is internally gated so i just left the plastic thingi on...

Going by your pic's

Block the hose off going back to your pod

Tee the fpr line and run it to the 'NO' port on the solenoid

Run the line from the 'CON' port to the wastegate actuator diaphragm

Use the factory boost guage pick-up point on the back of the manifold, place filter inline and run hose to control module in cabin

Hope this clears it up a little :spank:

and best place to run the hose to the control module i found was through the grommet in the passenger side of the fire wall, just be careful not to stab any other wiring.

Good luck and happy boosting!
