I noticed a few weeks ago the coppers came out and said that the average speed of drivers accross the state has fallen. My reply yo that would be why the f*ck have the instances of speeding fines gone up???

Its just the enforcement has got tougher.. i'd say its pretty irrelevent as to whether people have actually stopped speeding or not. They have to get more money, therefore they'll bring in whatever measures they think will get them that money.

The Bracks Government HAS to have that revenue or they would not have enough money to fund our hospitals, schools, and roads.

I guess some people think that is a fair system however, and hence will say rubbish like "simple: don't speed". I want to hit these people.
