Biatches please.. :P

Gradenko - mine are all between 150 and 155 with the exception of number three which is 130, which was considered low. All of yours down at this level don't sound too good to me..

Go the conversion! :P

Adam - thats my plan too.. :)

The thing is I can blame the low readings on an uncharged battery and unlubruicated cylinder walls. Compression test results can be random like that.

I'll see if Steve thinks the dyno reading tomorrow is about average or too low.

Adam, Not necessarily true, alot of people don't keep cranking them, they stop at 4 cranks, if there is any major difference then you know the compression is low, so actually readings can be misleading, it is the variation in readings that is important.

compression test aside, 350ml of oil has come from somewhere...

350mL of oil in vapour after 20L of oil has passed through it (4 oil changes). Could that be classed as normal? Macka has that filter on his breather, does he find a layer of oil coating his bonnet lining?

The catch can mod is damn useful. All this oil would be lining the inside of my intercooler and clogging the idle solenoid otherwise.

Pretty much the first time its been checked, yeah.

Just got a call from Danny, it pulled 280rwhp (shootout) after tuning on SST's rollers with no sign of detonation. The front facing plenum mod is a success! :). 280rwhp isn't anthing special, but its about all a 5 knob s-afc is going to let us safely extract.

maybe get a real catch can without coke residue in it! :)

Careful, dont knock his coke bottle, he's awfully proud of it.

Half full eh, so when a you going to go the twin coke bottle mod?

lol @ zanda

deesh, the coke bottle rocks! Its the kind of quality engineering we've come to expect from Coca Cola Corp. Afterall, if it can hold concrete etching coke for months at end, whats a little luke warm oil? :)

Twin coke bottle mod is coming. The hose attaching the left and right breathers together has a crack in it, so I may as well run new piping from the left breather to a bottle of its own :)

BTW, test drove the car today and its insanity peppers. Modified plenum mod is highly reconmended for all you fmic'ers.
