This may seam like a wierd question but what do you guys use to clean your windows. I have tried a few things but can't get the windows on my skyline looking clean. I use windex and a paper towel, they look good normally but if you get direct sun on them you can see the window is covered with streaks and no matter what I do I can never get rid of them. Also my skyline is really bad for this compared to the other cars ive owned. Any suggestions?

I heard that vinegar is pretty good for cleaning windows...

Haven't tried it myself, yet, lest I end up with a Skyline smelling like a pickle!

What's with the newspaper? How does using a newspaper to dry work any different to a cloth or paper towel? :confused:

Curious, because I just tried it and it did indeed appear to work better!

Probably affects nothing from what i can gather. its just free. thats all.

I use NPaper and windex or a mix of metho + water.

If your windows are tinted then you shouldn't be using anything except water on the inside.

I use autoglym glass polish every once in a while to coat the glass, then windex and paper towel without a problem

Yep it does, I use it clean all the windows at home too.

I also put it in my windscreen wiper water.

yep vinegar is great we use it for our windows at home just mix a little water with it

if u have tinted windows use a brand name...since u dont want to stuff up your tint i use meguires glass cleaner does a great job.

I have tried alot of them and the best is easily Amways "Crystal Clear" Foaming glass cleaner.
