How To Take A Front Bar Off A R33

could any1 help me with detailed intructions an maybe pics on how to take my front bar off as i need to, for a wheel alignment.

front bar obstructs wheel alignment machine, needs to be removed b4 tien coilovers are fitted for alignment next week.

i own a series 2 96 r33 gtst mspec

kind of the same, I did a write up about taking R33 bumper off awhile ago, but cant find the post..all i can say is its really easy.
