R34 Smoked Tail Lights .. Legal ?

Hey guys, saw some Smoked Tail Lights for sale ..

are these over the top illegal, or will pass by ?

Just need to know because i want to get them this week.

i saw them the other day 2, a few months ago was lookin for some for ages n couldnt find em anywhere. they seem cheap to.... i got smoked indicators n dont get any trouble with them so hopefully ul b right... i agree post some pics up if u get em mate

are you going to paint them with that tail light paint shit, or buy them?

i know if you buy them, eg ebay from korea or something they might not be ARD approved.
