Still with the 35r steve but i am thinking if the boost comes on early enough we may upgrade to the 1.06 housing.

Will be interesting how much you can get out of the 35r with the .8 rear... same setup as me, was to be power tuned yesterday except my clutch disagreed... :P

mine has larger cams than finelines (280deg, 10.8 lift) but i quietened my exhaust as i did muffle the sound a while ago with another resonator - it was too loud before, too much attention

Mine has the same cams but I was only running a 4" dump and 4" system with a cannon at the rear. I will find the idle video.

how much are these indy blues new (they 1600cc yes?) and will they suit a sard rail or does it need a bigger one?

Dont know about the old indy blue's but the new ones require a 14 mil hole in the fuel rail.

Bullshit!

Dan pulled up at the servo and some dude asked if we had a 13B in it. Coulda been blood if I was there. :P

After the final tune it will get a bit less lumpy, mine was sounding just like that when he bought it round that first day but after the final tune and the cams were dialed it I took away a lot of it.

highest i have seen so far is 427 out of a 0.82 on E85. (NYTSKY's car)

I have seen Adrians car (180or200) spin up 432 with a .082 at the Domestic vs Imports DD here in Adelaide (E85 of course)

I farken hope so bunt. As much as I love that sound its a mating call to plod for sure.

around $100 each :D

u need a bigger rail & spacers for the rail as the injectors are longer

im running a pfi rail, bought it from melb

Wish I knew where to get them for that price Marko. I paid over 140 each for the new models.

and I still have to have my greddy fuel rail machined to 14 mil to recieve them.

The old ones were available for a reduced price but I thought I may as well go with the latest offerring. They are supposed to offer a better spray pattern with a much finer atomisation.

Time will tell I guess.

To avoid machining your rail just machine the tops of the injectors to suit 11mm. In a lathe you need to remove a small amount from the top plastic part of the injector so it fits up into the rail. With 11mm orings in place the injectors fit nicely into the 11mm rail... If you need 11mm bottoms contact injectors online and they will sell you 11mm caps to suit indys. Just remove the yellow piece and oring and push on the new 11mm pintle cap and your done...

Cheers Ryan, that is the other option, I'll let Dan decide which of the 2 he wants to run with. :ninja:

Hi Ryan,

Excuse my ignorance, but I've got some 1600's to go into an rb26 and obviously the pintle cap is too large. I have a 14mm rail to suit however.

Is it as simple as pulling of the pintle caps? I gave em a fair tug but didn't want to damage brand new injectors.

With the 11mm caps these injectors will slot straight into the injector port with no other mods - correct?
