Huh?

None of the offerings from -7 (N1) upto -10 (RS) have boost control issues with internal gates.

I know of at least 3 GTR's with GT-RS's (-10's) that have boost control issues.

I'm with marko - none of the GT-RS's I've heard of have major issues at all. :D

I am sure most are ok, as I said these were built RB26's with a lot of head work; the solution was to modify the manifolds to external gates.

hehe... although Russ's car was on fuel i believe? (and it was 440-450 i think?)

Just about every moderate build makes around 380rwkw on 20-22psi...

Serious builds will get the 400, same as a 2530, few big builds have done over 400rwkw as well. Just need a bit more boost and probably a bit more attention to the head.

lol no but that's funny anyway. Marko's a nice guy! Why would you say such things? :(

He is a nice guy indeed!

That being said there are a lot of builds with -5's around the 360kW mark which is low considering with some careful head work and some more boost over 400kW is a reality. I do not see the point of 400kW (no offence to anyone) with GT-RS's (-10's) when it can be done with less turbo and better average power.

that is a good point michael

-5s or gtss's belong on a rb26

-10s or gtrs's belong on a rb26/30 AIIIIIGHT!
