is that 3rd gear paul? awesome results mate...all that bullcrap to support your fuel system LOOOOOL

Nah mate second.

at 8000 RPM with 4.111 diffs (stock)

1st = 87

2nd = 138

3rd = 190

4th = stock (1:1)

5th is shorter at 290 but i stuck with the stock gear which goes to 310

Another problem is the CAS. Both Steve and I have developed Crank Angle Sensor noise above a certain RPM.... So basically you cant be 100% accurate with the timing up in the rev range. I was warned about this before this tune and was hoping it wouldnt come up.... but it did. Now in all my years of scratching around on SAU and the pommie forum I have never seen a thread discussing this issue. Has anyone else come across this and if so why isnt it common knowledge!?!?! There is a fix... a balancer trigger... but thats expensive and to be honest I really cant be arsed........ thats what I said 2 years ago! haha

Yavuz says it's from the belt flopping or shaking at such high rpm. We are only talking 7000rpm plus. So for most people it doesn't matter, bit the people in this thread clearly aren't "most" people :action-smiley-069:

Yes it's a common problem but usually easily fixed by fitting a dual pulse disc in the CAS.

Don't remember it being more than $100 and when your engine blows you'll kick yourself. Either that or you'll see your timing walk around 10-15 degrees in the top end and that'll be enough for you to make the decision to fix it

Would that be the same mod to the CAS that needs to be done to run an autronic known as a slipper disc?

What is it like driving a car that takes until 5k before the power really kicks hard? Is it annoying on the street or is there still plenty of meat below 5k? Looks like a solid 200kw at 4k, does it feel good at the lower revs?
