Sunroof Problems Anyone Know How To Pull Em Apart

Some dumass hid a bag of weed in my sunroof and as i was drivng along the sucka fell BACK into where the sunroof retracts to...i tried to get it out and ended up popping the sunroofs slide cover thing off its rails, now my sunroof wont retract! anyone know how to pull em apart put it back together and get a 25 out all in one swift movement... THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!...

anyones suggestions or anything would be much appreciated..

u have to unbolt the rails and u can only do that with the roof open , once u undo the rails u should be able to remove the whole assembly clean it out and refit .u'll find little screws that hold the rails in if u look from the top of the roof undo all them both sides . i never had a sky roof out but i had others out they should be similar.
