What are the Disadvantage and Advantage Of having a strut brace are they worth putting on

a r33 GTST. thanks

marginal improvement on their own, good mod in combination with uprated sway bars is what i've been told

When I put one on mine I was surprised at the noticable difference.. Not heaps but more than I expected, and it was good, with the money.

After I crashed I was even more thankful I had one as it severly reduced the damage from the impact.
