Ulp Restrictor

Hey guys,

Went to fill up tonight and I've noticed the entire restrictor is missing. (Thank you compliance!!) Doesn't look to have just fallen out as there looks to be no opening for it to just slide out and hit the ground (feeling around the opening with fingers). I'm wondering if it has made its way into the tank the issues it can pose. Maybe someone can shed some light into how the workshop typically installs them?
