i've got a reclinable ergo at the moment but want to go fixed back bucket for some track work, question is, for daily driving when you must wear standard seat belt; does the seatbelt fit tight on your body whilst in the fixed back? or does it sit slightly off your body due to the "deepness" of the seat?????

also, will the standard seat belt wear away the seats material due to the design of the seat and friction??

I have a full bucket seat and use, when not on track, a normal seat belt and it seems fine, but its not exactly my daily car... I would suggest getting a seat belt pad thingy for the lower belt so it doesn't rub against the seat and cause premature wear...

never been hassled by cops either...

I've got a set of sparco sprints in my 32 at the moment. They're really comfy but getting in and out is a bit of fun. At the moment the part of the seat belt that goes over the lap has to go over the side of the seats and allow me to slip forward in the seat. I'm looking at threading the belt through the holes for the harness as shown in the following ms paint drawing.

I have a sparco pro 2000, I don't find threading the belt through the holes like above is really worth the hassle, the belt holes at the sides arn't exactly easy to get to once I'm in. I want to get a harness bar for above the back seat. That way I can use either belt and it doesn't make the rear seat unusable.
