you can get ones that adjust the height of the spring seat which then raises or lowers where the spring sits on the strut.

then there are ones where you can adjust the base of the strut which gives you a lot more room for adjustment compared to the spring seat only. plus it means you can have a really low car without the shocks/springs bottoming out

check out the HSD coilovers for base height ones.

nothing overly complex. its the adjustable damping thats harder

Thanks alot guys, just looked at a 33 with some and me old man wasnt convinced what they do ect. , he comes from the old days where if you want it low you cut a few coils off the springs, lol. :(
