adznight
Thes things are awesome. Whats involved in taking care of them eg. size of cage etc. Seems such a shame to keep such playfull/lariken birds in a cage huh! Is a licence required etc also. Mohsen
Hi Adz these dont need a license a cage thats about 1000 x 1000 should be enough if you intend on getting it out etc... the one advertised it already learning how to climb out of its box and is now getting used to cage life. playing with them everyday will be good to so they can bond with you. these things have the intelegance of a 3 yr old Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/253135-cockatoo-baby-cockatoo/#findComment-4380357 Share on other sites

Mohsen
here you go mate. bit hard to get the pics as they just want to scramble all over you they are NOT imprinted so they know their little birds, not little humans as some people get all lovey dovey. so this one can handle being alone if you need to go out. their cracking seed now and should be ready in a couple of weeks. Rob_C110GTR
hey have you tried putting an ad in petlink.com.au? these birds need socialising at least hold and play with them everyday to avoid them biting and bored. Needs a lot of chewing toys as well. They can be freighted, look up in yellow pages there are freight companies that are specialised on sending pets or birds. They just need a travelling cage, plenty of food and water. Either the company will pick it up at your place or drop it off at the airport, then the buyer picks it up. but my advice is get a local buyer less stress for the poor bird. Goodluck!
