No probs then. Wasn't having a go ... I've already had a learner rider kill himself on an R1 50m from my house some years ago. Just showing some concern and upholding the law

yeah nice bike mate, as roo said its not a good habit to go riding without the approved licence,it sounds like your being sensible though good on you. These days there arent that many riders that actually have experience and keep there road rules in check, the state has had an abundance of young lads going out and getting their bike license,which is great for us fellow riders,except when they decide not to listen to us riders that have been riding for as long as they have been born,we dont need dead riders,the cops already pick on us enough without making us more of a target.

Like others ive had my share at sitting by the side of the road holding somones pieces together,ive had enough of the wahoo guys, ride safe guys and keep it safe for others

Craig, I had to sell my dirt bike some time ago. I just kept busting myself up on tracks and jumps too often. It was worse than crashing at the race track (Mallala)

Nice old school KLX (?) you got coming. It'll have some awesome torque for wheelies! Was your previous ride a KX80?

NA KDX, 95 model.

prev. bike was KX 125, that thing was twitchy as all hell, scary at times!

this thing has been bored with bigger piston apparently, so we will see how she goes when it gets here

Yeah you're right ... KLX's and KLR's are 4 stroke. I saw the bike in the pic was a 2 stroke, but knew it wasn't a KX being the road-going version.

KDX ... but its forgiven. I don't like Kawasaki's much

BTW ... I thought the 125 had larger expansion chambers? Only reason I guessed it being an 80.

since owning the kdx i have, new kx rear fender, kx front plate, (deleted headlight)

re-covered seat in gripper black, new rear tyre, new gearshift lever, new pro taper bars.

no wonder my bank acc looks like it has been hit with a vacuum
