just car aren't dodgey with the repair it is the repairer

there policy is new items only

which i wanted an exception but they wouldn't and it was going to be a 8 week wait to get a rear sway bar from jap land

yes thats right they wouldn't give me my car till they got a rear sway bar from japan as that is the only place they could get a new one from

but me and the guys at the shop done the dodge and got a nice after market rear sway bar and told them that we found 1 and put it in so i got my car back - which worked well for all - i got my car back 8 weeks early and the shop saved $$$ on the sway bar and didn't have to have my car there for 8 weeks waiting for a bit of metal

i know it was the shop who did the dodgy work but i had the just car assesor out where my car was n he saw the bog standing out like dogs ballz n he said it was ok just leave it that . the bog work sank through on the rear bar and u could clearly see the bog outline but the insurance assesor didnt want to know bout it . all he said if the bog falls off they will have to repair it , y didnt they just replace the rear bar in the first place ??????????????

my car got stolen and crashed 3 days before christmas last year. just car took 5 months to do the repairs... and the car still returned with all the panel damage... only the suspension was fixed. and i had to battle to not pay my excess... even though they clearly claim "NO EXCESS ON THEFT CLAIMS". they know they are the only company that will insure us so they feel they do not have to provide a level of service as we have no choice.
