R33 Gtst Speed Limiter Removal

hey guys i have a 33 gtst s1 was just wondering if anyone knows how to take out the speed limiter or a stock ecu

?

was told u have to cut some wire or somehting lol not 100% sure but

Cutting the speed limiter wire will stuff the speedo up...

a cheap opition to do it would be to purchase a second hand apexi rsm... going for roughly 150 second hand...

it has the opition to speed cut without affecting the speedo...

thats exactly what i have done.

Also there are many speed cutting products out there as well to pick from...

But an apexi rsm gives so many other opitions as well as speed cut especially if u get lucky like me and get the g sensor for it as well.

Or cheapskate option wire a switch into the speed sensor (ecu pin 53 on some) and keep your speedo exceopt when you are attempting the land speed record on the track.
