So you were actually speeding and they've just written down the incorrect time ??

Don't bother going to court if that is the case. The magistrate will give the officer concerned the opportunity to amend the time of the offence, if they don't do so beforehand. This simple technicality doesn't alter the fact that you were caught speeding.

you would be better off going to coles and buying something and keeping the receipt i think

Too late now, im in emerald nothing is open.

If i drive anywhere they can just say i went there afterwards.

I was then home by 11:25 with parents who can also stand up in court.

But i only realized the time mistake when i returned home.

When an officer makes mistakes on details on an infringement notice it can be taken to court.

I know people who have won with very similar circumstances.

The Radar also read my speed as u was coming down a hill, which i also believe is against the operation of mobile speed cameras.

I just read somewhere else they will just reissue the notice.

So its not worth the effort. Ill just pay the fine.

"The fine should be cancelled if its been processed wrong IMO"

Ha Ha, told.

In all seriousness, don't be a weasel. You got caught, live with it.

Yeh im just going to cop it sweet. Not worth the time or hassle.

Anyone driving down the emerald end of wellington rd, stick strictly to the speed limit.

they are blitzing the area, and the officer told me they are picking up alot of ppl in this spot.

Especially as alot of cruises come up this way.

Most likely because no one does the speed limit that lives up here. If you do the speed limit you end up with a line of around 10+ cars behind you which proves everyone speeds up here. Dosnt make it right though.

My opinion, and the way the world actually is... are two different things.

Nice try though
