you should put this in the RB26 turbo swap sticky.

I got 240RWkW (around 330rwhp i think) out of stock turbos at 14psi with full exhaust from the dumps, stock boost controller, Nismo Twin plate clutch, NIStune ECU and stock everything else

So I would have thought higher.

I have 250rwkw @ 12psi with GT-SS/PFC... stock injectors/AFMs

But thats with a properly tickled setup. I was making the same power on 1bar with the stock ECU with racepace tweaks... Was perfectly safe (stock afm/injectors etc)

Until you get a ECU on there dude its REALLY hard to make a call either way... dyno sheet or no dyno sheet.
