If there is a motorbike shop near you, just go there and buy one, last time I got one it cost me about $15.

just use a screw driver + hammer works fine.

If you cant find the right size you can purchase adjustable c-spanners from Blackwoods - They're a bit deer though at $70-90 i believe.

my mate's tein c-spanners worked on the hks coils i had, it also worked on my mate's cusco
