I would have gone for a dual plane element version had one popped up, but as I wasn't about to spend $2500 plus on a wing I took what was available in the right sort of sizing for the car, in excellent condition. Most wings were too small. I was also quite set on either the C-West or Voltex as I wanted something proven, and the Voltex popped up first.

I actually used to have a dual plane C-West but in aluminium. I was defected my first week of having it on so I got rid of it! It was also a bit heavy, noisy and not wide enough.

With the correct front bar with dive planes, mated to a nice undetray, chopped rear bar with diffuser I think it would make meaningful gains in cornering force - but what do I know! :whistling:

Something like this:

my car is alot more well behaved now with the wing on, most noticably under heavy braking.

i got this gt style one a while ago now, but after reading info off this thread.

as stated by others, a wing is a bandaid for other setup issues sometimes, best to develope suspension before adding wing.

if only i listened to that advise lol.

What width and height Adz? I am expecting that the R34 GTR wing I am running to be inferior to a wing like yours...so doing a bit of homework in case i need to buy something.

In regard to height, with my very limited knowledge of airflow over the roof of a car a rear wing should be level (or close to) with the roof line in order to use this airflow. Adz's above looks perfect.
