Standard R33 Intercooler

i have a skyline r33 series 1 and i have the standard side mount intercooler i was wondering if i attach a thermo fan to the front of it will it give me colder air and keep the turbo cooler and will i increase the horspower ? or will it restrist the air flow through the cooler when driving at faster speeds when more air could pass through ? can any one help me thanks .

simple answer get a FMIC, there wont be much benifit from what you want to do

also any 1 know why i would be getting flat spots and not as snappy boost after i have wound boost up to 10 psi i bought new plugs and set the gap to 0.8 i also bought new fuel filter can any one help me
