this is my R33, i moved the charcoal cannister to make room for the catch can. certainly there are neater jobs out there but it gets the job done. there is a cold feed from underneath plus it picks up that bit from in front.

all made from 0.6mm aluminium, lined with some sound deadening and made with hand tools in the garage in case it doesn't show.

well im gonna start mocking up a box/sheild outta cardboard and see what i can do, keep us posted on your sheild man,

this is what i'm going to do. start with a piece of cardboard, see how it looks, then cut and fold up a piece of stainless.

Car is sitting in the sun, engine is turned off, fuel in tank heats up, fuel in tank expands, carbon canister absorbs vapours into activated charcoal, engine is started, engine is run & develops high vacuum, 'purge' line is opened to the activated charcoal, fresh air is drawn through canister into the engine, engine burns fumes, fuel tank doesn't burst open making a big mess.
