Need Help...

Did a quick search... couldn't find anything useful.

OK, so the 33 has been overheating.

There seem to be coolant flowing from (what looks like an excess dumping pipe) (rubber hose) near the chassis rail of the passenger seat and fire wall,

sits just above from the dump/front pipe

I can only think of 3 possible reasons:

1. Radiator cap ( genuine greddy replaced only 6 months ago)

2. Thermostat

3. Water pump

Is there any reason why my car would be loosing coolant through that pipe "described above" or maybe South Australia Weather has an affect?

Can someone help me, what would be the first item to fix first?

well possible causes of a car over heatin can be a blocked thermostat pull it out and test it if its openin, also a blocked cooling system can cause it. By the sounds of it there is a excisive build up of pressure also, how is the condition of the radiator cap?

the radiator looks to be a bit corroded... and it has been flushed when it was purchased approx. 1 year ago

i'm just hoping that the car will be an eazy fix

isn't "that pipe" the air conditioner condensation drain.

I am not a mechanic, just a car nut! Pipe coming out of firewall is aircon drain pipe. Wouldn't think one should have coolant coming out of there! Is your engine using water/ coolant? Is it filling overflow bottle? Is the exhaust temp hot on your hand at tailpipe once car is warmed up? Is it blowing big bubbles in radiator in turn pushing alot of water out? You could go to a radiator shop and they should be able to do a gas test and pressure check on your coolant system, meaning maybe sus head gasket. Has the waterpump got warn bearings? Is waterpump belt tight enough? I have a radiator and t/state I just took out of my 80k km S2 Stagea couple of weeks ago that are useable.
