Jay_R33 Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 lol yes foxes are known to attack...i kno because ive been fox hunting before and they get nasty if cornered try to bite my cousin jumped at him, which is why im not sure why u would do that...but they are cunning lil bastards...always see em up where i live on the peninsula..lol in lalor, epping, thomastown.. i just see kangaroos everywhere... scotty014 Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 my dad still hunts them now and again, he used to use a rabbit whistle and go spotlighting as well to get them. they had a bounty on them a while ago, i think you had to hand in there scalps because previously it was there tails but people used to cut them off and let them go so they changed it. i have seen them near some houses in sunbury at night but sunbury is sorrounded by paddocks and bush anyway. edit: also it makes sense that they are moving in closer to where we live because they are running out of food and water. a few years back my grandma had one in her back yard she said she nearly had a heart attack and the nearest bush form her place was about 20 mins away.
