Timing

hello everyone,

this morning i was just advancing my timing abit. but there seem to be like a rubber there where the screws are. like i can still adjust it like few taps, but not all the way. not that i want to put all the way. just want to give it a tap.

just curious that all.

any ideas?

you man on the cam angle sensor?

it should just be the rubber seal/gasket and it'll probaby just be tight against this?

yep on the CAS where you undo the 3 bolt and turn it left or right.

i think it prob a seal on timing cover? or on the CAS itself?

The seal is in the timing cover, it fits around the inner edge of the hole, if that makes sense. Like a grommet does. It'll be indented from the tightening of the sensor against it making it a little difficult to move.
