Cv Joints

Hey guys,

trying to source some front CV joints for the Skyline (Boots are worn and its just as easy to replace the whole thing). Does anyone know where i can get some, and more importantly are they the same as the GT-R? As you can imagine people get somewhat confused when I start asking them about a GTS-4.

2 options i know of.

Northside Nissan for genuine, or Allans CV Joints for aftermarket.

Genuine CV joints are a higher quality and if you were pushing big hp id go genuine for reliability. Donwside to genuine, is you will pay twice over an aftermarket.

try aussie cv joint centre in balcatta 9240 6030 , do in house remanufacturing , also can inspect ur joints and may be u can get just re pack and new boots...

Yeah i was gonna ring Allans CV tomorrow as thats who my mechanic suggested, (family friend). But when i asked someone at Coventries the other day they didnt have a listing so i thought it might be more difficult to come across.

Not chasing big HP and didnt want to pay a kidney for it so I was avoiding Nissan:P
