Centre console box depth

I was checking out the centre console depth of my S2 R33, and noticed my one was very very shallow (like 7-10 centimetres)

But when I checked out my mate's centre console on his S1 R33 - it was very deep. I am wondering, is this a difference between S1 and S2? Is there anything under that shallow centre console for S2s? Or have I just been dicked with a shallow centre console?

ABS and Airbag CPU are located under this bin, you must have one or both....my S1 has both and console box is about 5cm deep.

yeap series 2 R33s have dual Airbag standard - so thats probably why it is so shallow. No ABS tho
